WebOrbiton is a modern, lightweight, and self-hosted status monitoring tool designed for simplicity, speed, and full control on your side. Our goal is to provide a monitoring solution that always works without expensive servers, without complex configuration, and without unnecessary dependencies.
We wanted to create a status monitor that any developer, sysadmin, or project owner can deploy within minutes, using only PHP and basic cron jobs. Thanks to this, WebOrbiton runs almost anywhere, including shared hosting, private servers, or even small cloud instances.
WebOrbiton is provided under a source-available proprietary license, which allows you to view, audit, and modify the code for personal and commercial projects, while prohibiting redistribution as a standalone paid product without permission. This licensing approach provides transparency and control, while protecting commercial usage and ensuring that WebOrbiton remains sustainably developed.
